Introduction:
By Self-Research and Development, the WBQY series of High Temperature Air-Liquid Dyeing machine combines the advantage of the air ffow and spraying together using the independent air flow and liquid flow circulation system, it can reduce the motor power of the fan and increase the leveling degree of the fabric. Efffciency is increased, water, steam and energy are saved.
Application:
It is suitable for the dyeing of cotton, synthetic and blended woven fabric and knitting fabric. Also it can be suitable for the fabric front process and back finishing. Moreover, it can be used for the polyester alkali reduction process, Lycoell (Tencel) alkali solution fiber opening process and the soft sanforizing for knitted fabric.

Main Characteristics:
The fan motor rated power is 50% less than the traditional air flow dyeing machine.
Optimized positions of the front-built liquid nozzle, fabric roller and the backbuilt air nozzle lead to improvement of the leveling degree of the fabric in the single circulation.
The liquid spraying and the air spraying work on the fabric separately to make sure the fabric’s levelness, anti-fluting as well as the production process reproducibility.
Suitable for the sensitive color dyeing process.
It can avoid the crease on the high density knitted fabric because the air though the tube can make the weft extension on the fabric.
It is equipped with different kinds of nozzle to satisfy different materials fabric dyeing process.
It has apparent advantage in saving the water, steam and the electricity.
