Principle of operation

Low liquor ratio environmental dyeing machine can adjust liquor ratio of cotton fabric to the lowest 1:3.8 and further reduce the liquor ratio of synthetic fibers. The well-designed dyeing and crossed fabrics make dye liquor perfectly balance.

Heat pipes

Low liquor ratio environmental dyeing machine improved the delivery system of dye liquor, so that the machine is not limited to the number of pipes and delivers dye liquor to nozzles evenly, which completely eliminates the difference in infusion.(Computer configuration is according to the requirements of customers.)

Nozzle housing

New type slow-flow high pressure adjustable nozzle, which not only guarantees a constant traction, but also reduce the work pressure of the nozzle, avoids uneven infusion and loss of fluid and makes fabric soft and smooth. Also it makes the running speed of the dyeing machine 50% faster than others.New type slow-flow high pressure adjustable nozzle can meet the dyeing requirements of diffident kinds of fabrics under the four kinds of nozzle clearance, changed the single characteristics of previous traditional dyeing machine.

Preparation tank

Low liquor ratio environmental dyeing machine saves space for the dyeing plant and can directly prepare materials, avoiding long-time sulfide dissolution caused by small volume of barrel. Furthermore, operators can, through default procedure,make fuel or additives in the barrel be automatically injected into master cylinder or preparation cylinder.
