0510-83392088How to choose suitable dyeing and finishing process equipment?
Choosing suitable dyeing and finishing equipment requires comprehensive consideration of fabric characteristics, process requirements, and production efficiency. The following are the key points:
1. Select equipment based on fabric type
Bulk fiber dyeing: Intermittent bulk fiber dyeing machines (designed with round barrels or conical pots) are suitable for uniform dyeing in small batches, while continuous bulk fiber dyeing machines (with feeding hoppers and conveyor belts) are suitable for efficient production.
Yarn dyeing: Twisted yarn dyeing machine (carrying tube+circulating pump) is suitable for twisted yarn, tube yarn dyeing machine (low bath ratio design) is suitable for tube yarn, and warp dyeing machine is suitable for warp yarn or lightweight fabrics.
Fabric dyeing: The rope dyeing machine (cylinder) is suitable for dyeing in a relaxed state, while the flat continuous refining machine is suitable for silk fabrics but consumes high energy.
2. Equipment performance and width matching
The working width of the equipment should be 10-15cm wider than the fabric width (such as choosing a 140cm equipment for 112cm fabric), and the singeing machine needs to be 20cm wider to reduce deviation.
Prioritize the selection of standardized and universal equipment (such as the domestically produced "74" model), while considering flexibility and maintenance convenience.
3. Adaptability of process parameters
Temperature and speed: Dark color requires 170 ℃ for shaping, light color requires 150 ℃; Adjust the vehicle speed according to the weight (e.g. 14m/min for speeds greater than 250g/m ²).
Circulating air and materials: Grade II air is used for heavy fabrics, and the amount of resin and catalyst directly affects the color change.
4. Production efficiency and cost
Continuous equipment (such as wool continuous pad dyeing machine) is suitable for large-scale production, while intermittent equipment (such as overflow dyeing machine) is suitable for flexible production of small batches.
When calculating the number of devices, it is necessary to take into account the daily processing capacity (m/day or kg/day) and single machine production capacity, and consider the effective time coefficient (0.7-0.9).
5. Handling of Special Needs
Synthetic fibers or sensitive colors require temperature control (such as ≤ 150 ℃), and cationic soft oils are more likely to affect color than non-ionic ones.
The star shaped frame refining machine can avoid the traditional hanging printing problem and is suitable for heavy silk fabrics.
By comprehensively evaluating the above dimensions, we can balance quality, efficiency, and cost, and select the optimal equipment solution.
